Are you a passionate Africa expert with a talent for crafting one-of-a-kind travel experiences?

Were recruiting for a brand-new, premium B2C travel brand focused exclusively on Southern Africa, East Africa, and Madagascar. This is not your average sales role. We're looking for high-performing Travel Designers who are storytellers, trusted advisors, and creative curators of deeply personal journeys.

✨ What Youll Be Doing

Designing immersive, tailor-made African itineraries that go beyond the ordinary
Handling the full booking journeyfrom quote to reconciliationwith accuracy and flair
Collaborating with top lodges, guides, and suppliers to deliver seamless luxury experiences
Staying engaged with clients before, during, and after their trips
Advocating for sustainable travel that supports local communities and conservation

👤 Who Were Looking For

5+ years in high-end B2C inbound travel (Southern & East Africa + Madagascar a must)

Tourplan experience and strong operational / logistical knowledge

A natural listener with the ability to personalise every itinerary

Calm under pressure, solutions-driven, and fiercely detail-oriented

Someone who lives and breathes Africaand wants others to love it too

Have worked with international luxury travellers

Know how to balance bucket-list items with hidden gems

Are passionate about responsible tourism and impact travel
