Job description

I'm currently assisting a fast-growing UK-based SaaS company in their search for a Lead-Level Full Stack Developer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge B2B technology products that are reshaping how businesses engage and grow.

The role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of experience , who thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment and enjoys leading technical work from concept to production. You'll be working with a modern stack- NodeJS, Vue, Redis, SQL Server, Snowflake -and deploying daily to AWS using DevSecOps practices.

Key Highlights

  • Lead technical design and architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and initiative managers to shape product direction.
  • Build scalable, secure systems with a strong focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Work remotely while helping establish the company's first South African office in Cape Town.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years of JavaScript / TypeScript fluency.
  • Full stack development across large-scale SaaS platforms.
  • Strong grasp of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • CI / CD and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Commercial mindset and customer-focused development.
