This role is ideal for a highly skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) professional with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying UiPath automation solutions .

The successful candidate will play a key role in automating business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring scalable automation solutions that align with the client’s business objectives.

Requirements

UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer (UiARD) certification
4-6 years of experience in RPA development, specializing in UiPath
Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation tools
Experience in programming / scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python
Proven ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must be willing to work on-site in Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development & Optimization

Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio

Implement automation workflows to streamline business operations

Ensure best practices, security, and compliance in automation deployment

Business Process Analysis & Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions

Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions

Deployment, Troubleshooting & Support

Ensure smooth deployment and integration of RPA solutions

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize bots for maximum performance

Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support teams
