Registered Architect - Project Manager x2

Minimum requirements :

• Must be professionally registered with SACAP - not negotiable
• Minimum 5 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered)
• Able to work in an open office environment with other professionals
• Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects
• Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential
• Exposure to NEC 3 and 4 contracts is beneficial
• Able to review, compile and endorse Contract Instructions and Extension of time claims
• Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial
• STRONG project management and delegation skills
• Able to work under strict deadlines
• Strong formal writing skillset not negotiable
