Job description

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our luxury day spa team at Revive Wellness Spa.

As part of our elite team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued guests — guiding them through our world-class treatments, recommending personalized solutions, and helping them achieve their wellness goals.

What We’re Looking For :

A confident and enthusiastic sales personality

Self driven (self managed / motivated)

Experience in a customer-facing role (spa, salon, or retail sales is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Professional grooming and presentation

A passion for health, beauty, and wellness

Key Responsibilities :

Managing client bookings

Promoting and upselling spa treatments and retail products

Building client relationships and maintaining client records

Supporting spa therapists with client needs and follow-ups

Ensuring a smooth and luxurious experience for every guest
