About the role
Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist (End User Computing) to join their cross-functional DevOps Workplace team. In this role, you will design, build and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that support 18,000 users and 26,000 devices across our head office and branch network. You will work closely with architects, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory / Entra ID, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. This role offers hands-on technical work as well as the opportunity to contribute to architectural planning and innovation.
Ideal candidate has :
- A relevant IT qualification (degree or certifications in Microsoft / Azure / AWS).
- 5+ years experience in enterprise end-user computing, covering design, build, and support.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) for device management and identity services.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Ability to work in large-scale, multi-site environments with thousands of users / devices.
