Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize automated business processes using low-code platforms such as Nintex K2, n8n, or Power Automate .
• Customize automation logic and user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and Python.
• Integrate systems and applications via RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Manage and transform data across formats like JSON, XML, and CSV, and use basic SQL for database operations.
• Apply version control (Git) and support CI / CD processes for deployment.
• Analyse and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and refine existing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-driven process enhancements.
