Pre-Owned Sales Manager required in Polokwane.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead and grow the dealership’s used car division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-owned vehicle sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a high-performing sales team.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can maximize profitability, manage stock effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales department
• Drive sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Handle pricing, stock management, and trade-in evaluations
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and financial institutions
• Prepare performance reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes
