Job Title : Automation and Marketing Systems Lead | Remote (Global)

About our client : We’re building a niche digital agency designed to support Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in their Sales Development Representative (SDR) and lead generation efforts. We’re seeking an Automation and Marketing Systems Lead to take full ownership of our automation and marketing systems.

The Opportunity : Automation and Marketing Systems Lead

This is a senior technical and strategic role where you’ll lead the end-to-end setup, management, and scaling of our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. You’ll work directly with SDR leadership and stakeholders to ensure our lead gen and sales systems are best-in-class. You’ll be our in-house GHL expert, responsible for designing and optimizing automated workflows, funnels, AI agents, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete setup and management of GoHighLevel for a digital agency model.
  • Design and optimize workflows, funnels, automations, and landing pages.
  • Implement and maintain AI Agents within the GHL platform.
  • Ensure integrations, automations, and data flows are secure, scalable, and efficient.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR leadership and wider teams to align systems with strategic goals.
  • Maintain documentation and support internal knowledge transfer.
  • Continuously improve systems with industry best practices and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Certified GoHighLevel Developer / Expert with hands-on experience.
  • Experience setting up and scaling businesses or agencies using GHL.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, automation workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international team environment.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation in GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with SDR workflows and lead generation pipelines.
  • Experience integrating GHL with other systems like CRMs and marketing tools.
