Project and Portfolio Area Manager

Our client is expanding their collection and drop off points (pick-up / drop off / lockers / staffed collection points) that serves as an alternative to home delivery and need a driven people-focused Project and Portfolio Manager to keep everything running smoothly. Youll be at the heart of onboarding new partners for this project managing existing ones and ensuring their network keeps growing strong.

What youll do :

• Lead and inspire a team of contractors through partner onboarding
• Work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to keep contracts renewals and amendments on track
• Turn promising prospects into long-term project and portfolio partners
• Ensure smooth handovers to implementation teams
• Streamline processes and find smarter ways of working
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners being their go-to person for escalations
• Provide valuable performance insights and reporting
