Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Senior Spa Therapist for a luxury spa based in Pretoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced therapist to join a premium wellness destination known for its exceptional service and serene environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, and pedicures

Maintain a professional, warm, and welcoming environment for all guests

Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments

Promote and upsell spa products and treatments to meet monthly sales targets

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa

Assist with reception duties when required

Keep updated with the latest beauty and wellness trends

Ensure client confidentiality and deliver exceptional service consistently

Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient spa operation

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist

Internationally recognized beauty therapy qualification (e.g. CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)

Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products

Strong communication and customer service skills

Passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering five-star guest experiences

Well-groomed, professional, and punctual

Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required

Proven ability to meet retail and treatment targets
