· Reception duties
· Perform general office administration tasks including filing, typing, scanning, and photocopying
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier parcels)
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers
· Grade 12
· Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in an administrative or office support role
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Valid drivers license and own transport
