SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven PPC Advertising Manager to oversee internal and client-facing digital ad campaigns in the real estate industry. This role combines strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to create and execute impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. As a key team member, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive growth, optimize performance, and deliver excellent results. The PPC Advertising Manager acts as a trusted guide throughout the digital advertising process—from strategy and development to ongoing management and reporting. Our client is US-based, and you will be required to work RSA 11am to 8pm with some flexibility. This is a remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage PPC advertising initiatives for the company and clients.
  • Serve as the dedicated PPC account manager for assigned clients, owning campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and guide them through campaign setup and management.
  • Research, define, present, and implement paid campaign strategies.
  • Create and configure ad accounts, build campaigns, develop ads, and optimize across channels.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns continuously.
  • Draft conversion-focused ad and landing page copy and oversee landing page production.
  • Implement analytics and conversion measurement via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel, including custom events.
  • Develop and manage reporting processes for campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance analysis, insights, and reports to clients and management.
  • Coordinate deliverables with sales and creative teams as the project manager for assigned accounts.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a PPC manager.
  • 3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused ad and landing page copy.
  • Experience with Google Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Local Search, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with multivariate testing and campaign optimization with proven results.
  • Strong skills in market research, competitive ad spend analysis, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to communicate with clients regarding objectives, strategies, and performance updates.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and proactive in campaign development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creative thinking and execution skills.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a PPC manager.
  • 3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused ad and landing page copy.
  • Google Ads certification (Search, Display, YouTube) is preferred and required.
  • Facebook Ads certification (Associate or higher) is preferred and required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
