Lodge Manager 5 Luxury Lodge | Kruger National Park

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Manager to lead the operations of a world-class 5

luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to be part of a team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences in one of Africas most iconic destinations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring service excellence across all departments

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to deliver the highest levels of guest satisfaction

Manage guest relations, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences for every visitor

Implement and maintain standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, stock control, and cost management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and local communities

Requirements :

Proven experience in a senior management role within a 5

lodge or luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach

Exceptional guest service orientation with excellent communication skills

Solid financial and administrative acumen

Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment

Passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to sustainability and conservation principles

This role requires an individual with an eye for detail, a natural flair for hospitality, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver beyond expectations.
