The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands how to grow a fintech from the ground up. Someone who knows how to open doors, build partnerships, and turn relationships into measurable growth.

You’ll lead the expansion of NRTH across the UK market. You’ll build powerful partnerships with accountants, financial platforms, and business networks, and you’ll drive direct engagement with founders and finance teams.

Your goal is to bring NRTH into every business that’s ready to stop waiting for payments.

This role demands initiative, precision, and persistence.

What You’ll Do

  • Build partnerships with accounting firms, fintech consultancies, and financial service providers that give NRTH access to entire client bases.
  • Drive B2B sales through LinkedIn, email, and phone, targeting UK businesses and financial decision-makers.
  • Develop and manage strategic alliances that lead to recurring revenue and scalable partnerships.
  • Understand NRTH’s product inside out to confidently communicate its value to partners and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine strategy and messaging for maximum impact.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and report clearly on progress, conversions, and outcomes.
  • Represent NRTH at events and online, positioning us as the new standard for business payments.

Who You Are

  • You have experience working with or for a UK fintech, SaaS, or payments company in business development or partnerships.
  • You understand the UK SME and accounting landscape and know how to navigate it.
  • You have a proven record of building and closing B2B partnerships and relationships from scratch.
  • You think strategically about growth but you’re not afraid to pick up the phone yourself.
  • You’re persuasive, confident, and commercially driven.
