Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source candidates.

Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market trends.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Experience in hiring for multiple industries is an advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time position with standard working hours (e.g., Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) .

Flexibility may be required based on recruitment needs.
