Position Overview

We are seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the directors of the firm on a wide range of complex litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, keeping them informed of case developments.
