About the Role

You’ll be responsible for securing new business opportunities, building strong client networks, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and relationship management in a competitive industry.

What You’ll Do

Identify and approach prospective clients across commercial sectors

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers

Develop and execute strategic sales plans

Conduct market and competitor research

Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns

Represent the business at networking events and industry expos

Present tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts

Provide post-sale support to ensure retention and satisfaction

What You Bring

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven sales success, preferably in commercial services or cleaning

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-starter with a team mindset

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
