Outbound Sales Specialist - O855 - Durban, South Africa

Join Bionic Talent as an Outbound Sales Specialist. We’re a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions.

Base Pay Range

Salary : USD 1,200 – USD 1,600 per month.

Remote : Fully Remote. Preferred location : Global. Working hours : 9 am – 6 pm EST. Holidays : US Federal Holidays.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to connect with cold and warm leads, effectively qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team, driving lead generation and ensuring a consistent flow of high‑quality leads.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce the agency’s services, and set appointments.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine fit for the agency’s services.
  • Keep detailed records on the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments.
  • Report on key performance metrics, including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the Sales Representative, providing all necessary lead information for successful meetings.
  • Confirm and remind leads about scheduled appointments to minimize no‑shows.
  • Outreach and creatively fill calendar, even during slow periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment‑setting goals in a sales‑driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO.
  • Experience qualifying leads to match the agency’s target audience and services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking follow‑ups.
  • Proficiency in managing high‑volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
