Group Reporting Manager Projects and Properties

We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 810 years post-articles experience in technical accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFRS multi-entity environments and financial statement preparation combined with operational acumen and the ability to lead projects manage complex deal structures and drive strategic initiatives.

Salary : R.00 / R.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

• Group Consolidations & Reporting :
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS .
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end quarter-end and year-end reporting.
• Technical Accounting & Compliance :
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Operational Leadership :
• Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls.
• Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting.
• Project Management & Strategic Initiatives :
• Lead financial projects including system implementations process improvements and the integration of new entities.
• Support deal-making and structuring activities including due diligence and financial modelling.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Collaborate with senior leadership Auditors and external advisors.
• Present financial results and insights to executive management and the Board.
