Minimum Requirements
Food Technologist diploma or post graduate degree, Food Science or equivelant degree with 5 years experience in the relevant food related field. Production knowledge in Meal Solutions - High risk ready to eat foods and Bakery. Must be familiar with the applicable regulations (DoH), (DAFF); Standards (SANS). Must be computer literate (MS Office Programmes).
Experience in auditing will be an added advantage. Must be familiar with R Labelling act to be able to complete packaging briefs.
