Purpose : Win and grow specialty accounts through consultative selling (education, sampling when promos, and tailored assortments) to drive repeat and premium mix. Create buzz and trial for lifestyle-fit SKUs via activations, sampling and partnerships with owners, converting word-of-mouth into repeat sell-out. Reports to / Travel
Reports to : Brand Manager or Area Sales Manager
Targeting pharmacies, gyms, sports clubs, health & Beauty, cafés, restaurants, speciality retail and wholesale. Events and venues; includes some evenings / weekends.
Key Outcomes / KPIs :
- Call rate compliance and strike rate
 - New account opens and repeat rate
 - Outlet penetration and weekly order frequency
 - Promotion execution and OOS reduction
 - Basket / value per outlet
 - Activation and sampling conversion
 - Customer universe activity and growth
 
Core Responsibilities :
Identify lifestyle venues; negotiate presence and set up activationsTrain venue staff; ensure visibility and correct price marksCapture sell-out during / after events; report ROIShare grassroots insights with Trade / Brand teamTailor SKU mix per outlet and ensure visibilityBuild advocacy with managers and owners; secure re-ordersMaintain CRM records and track competitor movesRequirements :
Matric minimum; Diploma / Degree in Nutrition / Commerce / Marketing advantageous2–4 yrs FMCG specialty sales experienceCompetencies & Tools :
