About the role
Become a key member of our client’s Information Systems support team , they are on the
lookout for a dedicated IS Support Specialist ready to perform critical operations,
configurations, and maintenance on their production systems. Your role will involve tracking,
managing, and reporting on IT problems, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining seamless

Key Role responsibilities :
Ensure that automated and data distribution processes are executed in a timely manner and
adhere to service level agreements for both internal and external business clients.
Document all automated and data distribution processes, service level agreements and
escalation procedures including incidents, errors, and workarounds in the register.
Perform all relevant predefined support and maintenance requests.
Escalate all relevant incidents and errors to applicable second- and third-line support.
Conduct trend analysis on incidents and problems to identify problem areas.
Information Systems Support Specialist
Proactively implement appropriate measures, tools, and systems to monitor availability of
service components and data.
Work closely with teams to ensure a continuous, stable, and efficient environment.
Efficient and accurate execution of core job aspects.
Person Specifications
Education : Relevant Degree or Diploma Information Systems / IT related / computer Science
Solid commercial application monitoring and support experience; ideally in the Investment Management and Financial Services
industry, or similar environment.
Tech Stack Required :
T-SQL
Tech Stack Desired : SSRS
Azure or similar cloud capability
ActiveBatch or similar automation tool
PowerShell or similar scripting language
