2 - 5 years of retail experience
2 years middle management experience
Merchandising experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (please state languages)
SAP and Microsoft Office
Sound Arithmetic skills
Matric certificate
Own transport with a valid driver's licence

Set and implement short- and long-term sales goals
“Housekeeping' in line with a luxury shopping environment
Handle customer complaints
Stock control (merchandising, stock holding, stock days, managing dead/toxic stock)
Achieving and maintaining profit margins
Know more about your products than anyone else
Understand the market (trends and competition)
Advertising planning
Financial reporting
Relationship management
Ensure sustained return on investment
Oh, and one more thing A relevant qualification from a tertiary institution would be a nice-to-have.
Hours You'll be required to keep retail office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
