Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing and after-sales support
Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline progress
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions
Provide input on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Minimum Requirements :
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
24 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confident presenting to clients and handling objections
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
Experience in hygiene, facilities, or service-based industries is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
