Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing and after-sales support
  • Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline progress
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions
  • Provide input on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Minimum Requirements :

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • 24 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Confident presenting to clients and handling objections
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
  • Experience in hygiene, facilities, or service-based industries is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
