Job description3 + Years experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (premium or franchised dealership experience preferred but not essential). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, service procedures, and parts is advantageous. Valid drivers license.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and liaise with customers regarding service and repair requirements.
- Schedule appointments, manage workshop workflow, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and service explanations to clients.
- Maintain clear communication with technicians, parts department, and management.
- Promote value-added services, warranties, and accessories to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards.
