The opportunity
You will be responsible for providing outstanding nursing care to our patients. You will oversee the preparation of patient transport vehicles, manually assist patients to and from vehicles, and monitor patients throughout the duration of each trip. You will also work closely with other members of staff to ensure a seamless service for our patients and customers.
We are looking for nurses in the New England region to join our Patient Transport Services team! There are various Full Time or Part Time - Permanent Registered Nurse positions available. If you're looking to gain some invaluable experience working as an independent nurse, we'd like to hear from you.
There are multiple Full Time / Part Time - Permanent positions, graded as a Registered Nurse with an hourly rate of $33.13 to $46.51 (plus 10.5% superannuation). Location - Inverell and Armidale
Eligibility requirements
Preferred candidates are required to be successfully fit tested to an approved respirator prior to gaining employment with Patient Transport Services. The testing will be arranged and booked through Patient Transport Services during the recruitment process. Successful candidates must maintain a cleanly shaven face to obtain an adequate seal to the approved fit tested respiratory throughout their employment.

Candidates who are successful for a position must be willing to commit to a 2 week full-time induction period. The dates of induction will be made available by Patient Transport Services.
