COMMERCIAL AND LITIGATION ATTORNEY – PRETORIA

This well-established law firm is looking for an Attorney with at least 10 years Commercial and Litigation experience, to join their team at the Pretoria branch.

Responsibilities

• High Court Appearance
• Commercial matters and Litigation
• Experience in building law and liquidations
• Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion
• Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters
• Conduct excellent legal research and provide thoughtful written analyses of legal questions
• Draft motions and briefs
• Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues
• Provide professional and timely updates on cases to clients
• Develop case strategies and projections
