Job description

Job Type : Temporary, up to 6 months

Location : Cape Town

Responsibilities

Conduct financial assessment and develop sustainable financial plan
Assess and improve financial systems and processes
Develop roadmap for implementing best practices in financial policies
Provide training and support to staff

Requirements

8+ years of experience in finance, HR, or operations

Proven track record of implementing efficiency programs

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with University financial systems (though not explicitly required in this case)

Prior experience working in a similar environment
