What You’ll Do

We're looking for a creative and execution-oriented Learning and Curriculum Manager to build and deliver learning journeys that level up skills and performance across CrossBoundary. Your work will directly shape how our people grow, lead, and succeed at CB.

Who You Are

• A strategist who grasps the needs of the business and can work backwards to translate it into engaging learning resources.
• A maker who can take the start of an idea or an ambiguous concept and turn it into a concrete, structured, and effective learning experience.
• A doer who is just as energized by refining slide decks or scheduling sessions as you are by brainstorming new concepts.
• A wrangler who can bring organization skills, a bias to action, and ability to coordinate collaborators to deliver an idea from concept to execution.
• A learner committed to applying intellectual curiosity to both your work product and personal growth.
