Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location : Remote – aligned to U.S. and Canada time zones
Work Hours : Full‑time
About the Role
Our client is expanding its franchise network across Ontario, Western Canada, and the United States and is seeking a motivated SDR to identify and engage potential franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners within target territories; research and build qualified prospect lists aligned with the company’s ideal dealer profile; conduct outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Sales Support – Qualify and nurture leads before handing them off to Account Managers; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Marketing Enablement – Create and adapt promotional materials (e.g., flyers, one‑pagers) using Canva or similar tools; assist in distributing marketing content to enhance visibility and lead engagement.
- Reporting & Collaboration – Coordinate with the manager overseeing franchise expansion; provide regular reports on outreach performance and lead conversion progress.
Required Skills & Attributes
Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting roles.Strong written and verbal English communication (French proficiency is a plus).Confident using CRM and ERP systems (Microsoft‑based preferred).Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.Resilient and comfortable with high‑volume outreach – “100 no’s for 1 yes” mindset.Creative and resourceful in using marketing tools to support sales efforts.Preferred Experience
Background in B2B sales, franchising, or business development.Experience with construction industry clients (preferred).Tools & Systems
CRM / ERP : Microsoft‑based systems for pipeline management.Design : Canva (for marketing assets).Communication : Teams, Zoom, phone / email.Seniority Level
