We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Telehealth Professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide virtual healthcare services to patients, offering support, consultation, and care coordination through telecommunication platforms. You will ensure patients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with medical standards and privacy regulations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess health concerns, provide education, and develop care plans
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Review patient medical histories, lab results, and other data to provide informed recommendations
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients on treatment options, prescriptions, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent patient experience
- Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant healthcare privacy and safety regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional settingMinimum of 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environmentStrong organizational, research, and administrative skillsExperience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zonesFamiliarity with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)High emotional intelligence, maturity, and demonstrated business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishComfort asking supervisors for clarity, deadlines, and priority-setting when not explicitly communicatedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)Preferred
Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LVN, MA)Valid state licensure and ability to practice telehealth in assigned regionsPrior experience in telemedicine, clinical practice, or patient care strongly preferredStrong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain medical terms clearly to patientsProficiency with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital communication toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a remote healthcare teamDemonstrated empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered approachPreferred Skills
