An SAP S / 4HANA Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S / 4HANA solutions to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions based on SAP best practices, and support the full project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

Job Description

An SAP S / 4HANA Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S / 4HANA solutions to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions based on SAP best practices, and support the full project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

Solution Design & Implementation

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S / 4HANA solutions.

Configure SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing) based on best practices.

Lead or support full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations from ECC to S / 4HANA .

Project Lifecycle Management

Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery .

Support change management and user adoption strategies.

Technical & Functional Expertise

Provide expertise in SAP S / 4HANA architecture, data models, and Fiori applications.

Work with ABAP developers to design custom enhancements and reports.

Ensure data integrity and performance optimization.

Client Engagement & Support

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Assist in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations when required .

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

5+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least – full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations.

SAP S / 4HANA certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.

Proficiency in SAP S / 4HANA configuration and integration.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS views, and embedded analytics.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in global, cross-functional teams.
