Skilled junior to mid-level IT support technician

At least 3 years’ experience of working in Windows desktop support, basic Windows Server

Support and basic Network Installation and support.

The candidate should be a technical hands-on kind of person able to, from time to time,

make use of power tools to mount brackets and install networking cabinets, mount antenna

poles etc.

Skills Required

Windows Desktop Support (10, 11) - Competent

Windows Server support (Server 2018 to current version) - Basic

Understanding of Network Cabling, Routing, Switching VLANs, Wi-Fi – Basic

Understanding of anti-virus and end point protection applications – Competent

Understanding of Switches, Network cabling, Patching, WiFi - Competent

Understanding of Network printing - Competent

Understanding of Internet connectivity, routers, 3G / 4G - Competent

Understanding of Firewalls – Basic
