Executive PA to CEO

#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining an Automotive Aftermarket Product Industry that seeks the expertise of an Executive PA to CEO

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience as an Executive Personal Assistant in a fast paced high pressure environment
• Proven experience in supporting C-suite or Senior Executives within a Corporate environment
• Advanced Excel PowerPoint experience required
• Ability to Prepare Executive Presentations Briefs Reports and Meeting Documentation
• Excellent communication and professional writing ability
• Strong organisation planning and multitasking skills
• Proactive solutions-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• The position also requires flexibility with working hours to accommodate executive demands travel and international coordination
• Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required upon request

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary of between R 30 000 and R 50 000 based on experience
• Benefits including Medical Gap Cover RA
