Manage the Full Project Lifecycle : Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality standards, and strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to align objectives, monitor progress, and proactively resolve challenges.
Customer-Focused Delivery : Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood, met, and exceeded through clear communication and consistent delivery, strengthening client relationships.
Support Sales & Planning : Contribute to tender processes and project planning, offering insights on pricing, scheduling, and risk assessments during early project stages.
Apply Best Practices : Utilize established project management frameworks, tools, and governance models to maintain consistency and ensure control throughout all phases.
Risk Management & Compliance : Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with both internal standards and client requirements.
Requirements :
Based in Cape Town
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, ideally within wind, energy, construction, or other technical industries
BCom in Project Management and / or a relevant technical qualification
Valid South African drivers licence
Ability to pass an Annexure 3 medical
Strong planning and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Experience in cross-functional and international project environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to remain calm, solution-focused, and adaptable under pressure
Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous)
Willingness to travel to client sites, partners, or project locations as required
