Our client, a leading dealership, is seeking a Senior Service Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead their dynamic service department in Cape Town.

Salary Package : R60,000 Negotiable

Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience as a Service Manager at a senior level.
• Experience with Land Rover, Audi, or VW brands will be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple OEMs , ensuring seamless service operations.
• Skilled at retaining talent and employing the right staff to build a high-performing team.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of factory standards, audits, and industry compliance.
• Business-oriented with expertise in marketing, accounting, and driving profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Technical / mechanical proficiency and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
