EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT Service Operations and / or Support functions
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology covering Fintech, Financial Services, insurance, banking, mobile money
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in scaling up organizations and driving the change.
