AlgoMarketing is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst (AI) to support a leading digital banking client. This role blends marketing analytics with artificial intelligence, transforming insights into impactful action and enabling marketing teams to work smarter through automation and intelligent processes.

As the bridge between marketing performance, innovation, and AI‑driven decision‑making, you’ll drive the evolution of data operations, performance measurement, and technology adoption within the marketing function.

Marketing Analytics & Funnel Visibility

  • Build and maintain a unified end‑to‑end funnel view — from lead generation to funding application to disbursement (Lead → Application → Disbursement).
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer journey drop‑offs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable business insights and collaborate with marketing, sales, and agency partners for implementation.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Design, maintain, and evolve real‑time dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Marketing Cloud Intelligence) for performance tracking and self‑service access.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting alignment across systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, paid media).
  • Lead the creation of a structured reporting cadence , including weekly insight forums and always‑on dashboards.
  • AI Enablement & Innovation

  • Champion AI adoption across the marketing organization — providing training, workflows, and use‑case enablement for analytics, content, and reporting.
  • Partner with AlgoMarketing’s innovation and AI specialists to design and pilot AI‑powered solutions that enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Act as the innovation bridge between the client and AlgoMarketing — identifying, evaluating, and recommending new tools, automation, and analytical approaches.
  • Process Improvement & Governance

  • Develop and maintain an experimentation and testing framework to measure marketing impact and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver weekly insight reports and integration audits covering data quality and alignment across platforms.
  • Contribute to scalable frameworks that enhance data‑driven marketing maturity.
  • Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Marketing Analytics , Business Analysis , or Marketing Operations , ideally within B2B Financial Services or SaaS .
  • Proven AI proficiency , with hands‑on experience using and teaching generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Manus, or similar).
  • Strong data storytelling skills — capable of translating analytics into business recommendations.
  • Experience with Salesforce , Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) , Looker Studio , and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) .
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics , attribution , and conversion optimization .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
