Your responsibilities will include managing networks, firewalls, switches, VMware, and user devices while ensuring security and uptime. You’ll support local IT infrastructure and collaborate with our UK team.

Requirements
1-3 years in 2nd / 3rd line IT supportExperience with Windows 365, Azure, VMware, and Windows ServerSkilled in network management, VLANs, firewall admin (WatchGuard), and security management (Sophos, Rapid7, Duo)Familiar with ManageEngine ticket system and ITIL frameworksStrong troubleshooting, proactive approach, and good communication skillsWe offer
