Job descriptionCommit to The Beekman Way, working cohesively as a team and going the extra mile to meet member needs. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual / face-to-face consultations with members, focusing on those who haven’t recently booked. Promote and secure reservations across the portfolio, matching member preferences with available options. Achieve and exceed outbound sales and booking targets, conversion rates, and contact percentages as set by the department manager. Maintain productivity and quality standards, ensuring accurate booking processes and excellent customer interactions. Matric with 3 years relevant Call Centre experience, Experience working in outbound sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work under pressure The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.
