US Market Familiarity : Previous experience working for a US-based company is required. Attention to Detail : A keen visual eye and meticulous attention to detail, essential for producing well-designed materials. Skills : Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Self-Motivation : A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Overview
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst (Remote, Full-Time)
Location : Remote – South Africa, PH or LatAm
Work Hours : 12 PM - 10 PM or 3 PM - 1 AM EST Monday to Friday
Package : $1,200 - $1,300 Monthly

Their AI-powered platform streamlines various aspects of the CRE workflow, enabling professionals to expedite deal processes and focus on closing transactions. As a seed-stage startup and part of the Y Combinator 2024 Portfolio, they are experiencing rapid growth and strong revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Design and Build Deal Materials : Utilize our platform to create high-quality, professional OMs, BOVs, and Loan Packages that meet client needs. This involves extracting key information from Excel models, PDFs, and other supporting documents to integrate into the application.
- Conduct Market Research : Analyze real estate markets, trends, and comparable transactions (comps) to support deal preparation.
- Streamline Processes : Leverage our tools to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and deliver results promptly.
