Key Responsibilities :
Capture and load new building information, including owner, property, and tenant details.Liaise with portfolio managers prior to the billing run to ensure all recoveries are correctly included in the appropriate billing period.Prepare all levy invoices, including utilities, and actively follow up on outstanding payments.Allocate receipts on a daily basis to ensure accurate financial records.Manage both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.Review and follow up on overdue invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.Prepare reconciliation of the General Ledger accounts.Assist in the completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.Requirements
Financial Degree or Diploma3-5 yrs Similar experience preferably in the Property IndustryStrong attention to detailAdaptability in changing environmentsBenefits
