Job Description
The key purpose of this role is to provide professional financial services to a client or a member virtually. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, retaining and growing a membership and client base for eligible professionals by implementing PPS financial solutions in line with the client's needs. The Virtual Financial Advisor serves as a point of contact (Teams, Zoom, phone, email, SMS) for the clients. The incumbent must be digitally astute and should ensure that client journey mapping is aligned to the needs of clients and members. Adhere to PPS Best Practice and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant commercial / financial tertiary qualification (NQF 6)
- RE5 certification
- Commercial insurance related qualification advantageous
- Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning or studying toward this qualification will be advantageous.
- CFP advantageous
- Completion of supervisory process
Experience
2 years financial services experience2 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry in a Sales role within the risk and investment spacesPrevious experience in client services or call centre environment advantageousExperience and track record in high-performance sales environments.Good understanding of SLA in a contact centre spaceDuties and Responsibilities
