Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and copy) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize content strategies.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms, tools, and best practices to enhance audience reach.

Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand awareness.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Experience with content creation, graphic design, and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience

2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Experience in running paid social media campaigns and working with advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).

Experience in community engagement and online customer service.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours, with availability during peak engagement times.

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for live events, campaigns, or urgent social media responses.
