HRD Coordinator

Job Description

One of our top Platinum Mining clients are seeking a HRD Coordinator, holding a Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency.

The position is based in Limpopo.

Requirements Include:

• Education, Training and Development Diploma or equivalent qualification at NQF level 5

• Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency

• Blasting Certificate

• Registered Assessor and Moderator

• At least five years’ experience in the Human Resources Development field, of which at least two years should be in the mining environment

• At least five years’ experience in mining operations as a Mine overseer.
