Collaborate with financial planners to create and update client financial plans.Compile client documents and summaries for portfolio management.Compile and distribute documentation on request.Generate client plans and portfolios.Client Onboarding :
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Gather and verify client information and documentation.Collecting and maintaining client records and informationSet up client accounts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.Client Retention :
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
Implement strategies to retain clients and enhance their loyalty.Compliance and Documentation :
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
