Shop Assistant needed at Paddocks Printing Store

We are looking for a mature, reliable Shop Assistant to join our busy printing store in Paddocks Shopping Centre. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has an excellent customer service track record, is over 30 and can thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assisting customers with print orders and queries

Operating printing and finishing equipment (training provided)

Maintaining shop presentation and stock levels

Handling payments and basic admin tasks

Ensuring correct procedures are followed at all times

Requirements :

Strong customer service experience (essential)

Mature, professional attitude

Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to follow instructions

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 – 18 : 00

Every second Saturday : 9 : 00 – 16 : 00
