Core Functions :
1. HR Management and Generalist Functions :
- Oversee all HR-related activities, including payroll, employee relations, and HR process flow.
- Manage HR administration, data management, and reporting, ensuring seamless benefits onboarding and communication with fund managers.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure timely submission to finance for payment.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights.
2. Organizational Development :
Lead organizational design and restructuring projects.Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.3. Change Management :
Manage and support change initiatives to align employee development with organizational goals.Develop transparent communication plans to guide employees through change processes.4. Performance Management :
Design and manage systems to drive individual and team performance.Oversee performance reviews, address underperformance, and implement improvement strategies.Manage incapacity procedures related to performance or health issues.5. Training and Upskilling :
Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to deliver upskilling opportunities.Ensure training programs meet industry and regulatory requirements.6. Employee Engagement and Wellbeing :
Promote a positive workplace culture by driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Continuously improve the digital employee experience and support wellness initiatives.Additional HR Responsibilities :
