Overview
Reporting into the Head of Display & Social, the Snr. AdOps Specialist will be responsible for effective media campaign activation and monitoring across multiple markets in which StoneX Retail & StoneX Group is active. The media campaigns will involve brand & performance, with a high variety of formats (Video, Native, Audio, standard Display & Paid Social). The Senior AdOps manager will need to work closely with the (senior) display manager and other internal stakeholder to ensure trafficking & tag requirements are clear, whilst assisting in the integrations with other tech providers (DMP, Analytics, DSP, Creative platform etc.) allowing the business to track and scale in an effective way.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility across trafficking, ad serving and tagging across the acquisition paid & earned media campaigns
- Go-to person for advanced queries, regarding DoubleClick Campaign Manager 360 & dynamic creative platforms
- Creating processes and best practices documents to ensure a uniform network structure exists globally, allowing for fluid management and scaling
- Work closely together with Analytics, Data & Insight to secure the correct reporting of media campaigns across the acquisition team
- Manage, train & develop the junior members of the team, following industry best practices
- Working with (senior) display managers on the set‑up and implementation of audiences, measurement, technology, analytics and attribution.
- Working with local stakeholder on the set‑up and assets, measurement, technology, analytics and attribution.
- Overall responsibility to ensure data stored in the ad server is up-to-date i.e. media spend
- Onboarding of new markets from start to finish – site tag structure audits, retagging, troubleshooting, data layers, etc.
- Setting up & maintaining the integration of DCM360 with other 3rd‑party tech‑vendors i.e. DMPs, mobile in‑app marketing analytic tool (Appsflyer) & web‑based analytic tools
- Manage ad‑tech related projects within the business, such as dynamic creative platform activation, brand safety activation and other ad‑tech activations.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years working in AdOpsExpert / hands‑on knowledge in DoubleClick Campaign Manager 360 and Google Tag ManagerExperience in creating different types of tag types (VAST / VPAID / Richmedia)Expert / hands‑on knowledge using dynamic creative platforms (i.e. DoubleClick Studio, Ad‑Lib)Understanding of how to gather on‑site data within DoubleClick Campaign Manager 360 from the website / data layerUnderstanding of HTML / CSS languagesUnderstanding of ad‑fraud software and its implications on the trafficking processExperience onboarding new clients / markets and performing auditsStrong project management, multitasking with attention to detailStrong & confident communicationExperience working with a data management platform (DMP) & audience creationExperience both direct response & brand campaignsExpert Google Analytics skills and mobile analytic tools (Appsflyer)An understanding of the financial markets, forex and CFD trading is preferredSeniority level
